Great tips! This post reminds me of something my dad always says about keeping the marriage fresh: “Treat your wife as if you are courting her everyday.” Many put their best foot forward during the courtship process but stop the effort after getting married.

Hi Jim, these are excellent tips for every husband out there!. The little stuff like holding her hand while taking a walk, hugging her from behind while she’s doing something and even a sweet snuggle during a romantic movie really does the trick. These little things are the kind of things which most wives appreciate. Highly recommended for husbands who want to keep their wives happy.

Nice list. I would like to see one written by your wife…

I have done a large percentage of these things for my wife, on a pretty regular basis, during the 7 years we’ve been married. May I just say that I have found that I needed to look at myself and ask, “am I doing these things to get a certain hoped-for result”, or “am I doing it because I want to do things to make her feel loved”?

For our 2-year anniversary I wrote up a lists of 109 reasons why I loved my girlfriend. Definently got a better reception from that list than anything I could have bought from a store.
