I am especially impressed with the fact that he does not accept credit cards as payment, however I do think that he could benefit from offering more free services. After all, when people are in debt, they don't really need to pay for books and software to solve their problems, do they? I can count approximately five excellent free budgeting solutions (not the least of which my own product) which are available on the web and there are countless numbers of free debt reduction blogs which are good sources of information.
